The Name

The name Ecovella carries layered meaning. "Vella" describes a cool, beautiful person who is always striving to be their very best — an aspiration that runs through everything the brand creates and represents.
Vella is also the name of a village in Switzerland — a community known for its pioneering zero-landfill recycling culture. In Vella, 100% of waste is recycled. Zero goes to landfill. This village became a living model of what conscious circular economy looks like in practice.
