Store orders (standard catalogue, MOQ 50 pcs+)

100% of the order value is payable upfront at checkout (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
After we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation of the order and an estimated delivery date.

Custom / ODM / OEM orders

40% deposit to begin production.
60% balance when your order is ready for shipment.
Production lead time is 45-60 days after sample approval and all details are confirmed.
Custom orders are quoted individually — contact Sales@bontex.hk for a quotation.

All prices are per-piece, in USD, FOB Yantian.

Shipping (FOB Yantian)

Our prices are FOB Yantian: our responsibility ends once the goods are loaded on board at Yantian port, Shenzhen. Freight, insurance and import duties are at the buyer's cost.

At checkout, choose the option that fits you:

FOB Yantian — Freight to be quoted ($0 at checkout). After we receive your order, we will email you a freight quotation (by destination, weight and volume) for your approval before we ship.
Buyer's own forwarder (freight collect). If you are arranging your own freight, choose this option and provide your forwarder's details in the order notes at checkout (company, contact, email/phone). We will prepare the packing list and commercial invoice and release the cargo to your forwarder at Yantian port.
CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight). If you would prefer us to arrange freight and insurance to your destination port, email Sales@bontex.hk for a special CIF quotation.

Samples

Need a sample before you commit? Email Sales@bontex.hk with the product name (or SKU) and the quantity you would like to test, and we will quote a sample price.

Because of the wide range of product versions, sample prices are quoted individually.
Sample freight is by courier (DHL/FedEx) at the buyer's cost — door-to-door, not FOB.
Sample cost may be credited against your first bulk order — ask our sales team for details.

Order process & lead times

Approval samples (store orders): after we receive your order, we send you a physical sample or photo(s) of the physical sample for your confirmation before dispatching the goods — usually within 14 days of receiving your order. Single-version (plain) styles are often faster, while printed/patterned versions may take longer before the approval sample is sent out. Our sales team notifies you by email. After your confirmation of the approval sample (or photos), we start production, and your order is ready in 45–60 days.
