Terms of Service
3.1 About us. This website is operated by Bontex Corporation Limited (Hong Kong), a manufacturer of eco-friendly textile products made from recycled PET bottles. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
3.2 Wholesale nature. This is a wholesale store. Orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 pieces per product. Prices are per-piece in USD, FOB Yantian, and are indicative — final pricing is confirmed when your order is accepted.
3.3 Orders and acceptance. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email (including the estimated delivery date). We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues, or credit concerns).
3.4 Payment terms.
- Store orders: 100% payable upfront at checkout.
- Custom / ODM / OEM orders: 40% deposit to begin production; 60% balance when the order is ready for shipment.
- All payments in USD. Prices exclude freight, insurance, and duties.
3.5 Samples. Sample requests are handled by email (Sales@bontex.hk) and quoted individually.
3.6 Intellectual property. Product images, descriptions, and branding are the property of Bontex. For ODM/OEM work, your designs and specifications remain your property; we will not share them with third parties except as required to produce your order.
3.7 Warranty and liability. We warrant goods conform to the confirmed order at the time of shipment. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits) or for loss or damage in transit (see Shipping Policy 2.4). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
3.8 Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, port closures, or supplier failure).
3.9 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
