Shipping Policy (FOB Yantian)
2.1 Incoterms. All prices are per-piece in USD, FOB Yantian (Shenzhen). Our responsibility ends when the goods are loaded on board the vessel at Yantian port. Freight, insurance, and import duties/customs clearance at destination are the buyer's cost.
2.2 Shipping options at checkout:
- FOB Yantian — Freight to be quoted: After we receive your order, we email you a freight quotation (by destination, weight and volume) for approval before shipment.
- Buyer's own forwarder (freight collect): Provide your forwarder's details in the order notes at checkout; we prepare the packing list and commercial invoice and release the cargo to your forwarder at Yantian port.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): If you prefer us to arrange freight and insurance to your destination port, email Sales@bontex.hk for a special CIF quotation.
2.3 Order process and lead times.
- Store orders (catalogue, MOQ 50+): after we receive your order, we email you a confirmation and an estimated delivery date. Within 14 days of receiving your order, we send you a physical sample or photo(s) of the physical sample for your confirmation before production. Single-version (plain) styles are often faster, while printed/patterned versions may take longer before the approval sample is sent out. Our sales team notifies you by email. Once you confirm the approval sample (or the photos), we start production, and your order is ready in 45–60 days.
- Custom / ODM / OEM orders: 45–60 days after sample approval and all details are confirmed.
- Buyer-requested samples: dispatched by courier (DHL/FedEx) at the buyer's cost, door-to-door; typical transit 3–7 business days depending on destination.
2.4 Risk and ownership. Under FOB Yantian, risk transfers to the buyer once goods are on board the vessel. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be made against the carrier/insurer.
